PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO KILLINGTON ZONING BYLAWS

The Killington Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the proposed Town of Killington Zoning Bylaw Amendments on Wednesday, November 20, 2019 at 7:30 p.m.at the Town Offices at 2706 River Road in Killington. This public notice is given pursuant to 24 V.S.A. Section 4444.The principal purpose of the proposed zoning bylaw amendments is to require a permit for short-term rental of a dwelling unit, to allow accessory dwelling units within accessory buildings, and to require a driveway access permit before a certificate of occupancy is granted. These amendments will affect every geographical area of Killington.
