SIX PEAKS KILLINGTON is the new Village name.
Here is the latest update from SP Land Company:
A New Name.
A New Symbol.
A Special New Place to Live.

A Special New Place to Live.
Owning a home at one of the premier four-season resorts in New England is a big plus for anyone who values the beautiful lifestyle of Vermont’s Green Mountains. Not only does Killington Resort provide extraordinary skiing and riding all winter and golf, tennis and biking in the summer, but it also offers an active community lifestyle and a sense of place, where residents walk and shop and dine and simply relax with friends and family in the cool mountain air.
Soon, this will be amplified to a higher degree when SP Land’s new village in the heart of Killington Resort becomes a reality. The first step toward that came recently with the naming of this new enclave situated at the base of Killington Mountain.
If you know Killington, you shouldn’t be surprised at the choice of the name. With five mountain peaks, the highest being Killington at 4,241 feet, and the addition of our sister resort, Pico, and its 3,967-foot peak, six dramatic peaks comprise this stunning landscape. From our viewpoint, it’s as simple as that … the perfect name.
Thank you from Six Peaks Killington. We will keep you informed as new events take place and as our developmental timetable is formalized.
More from their website:
Six Peaks Killington is a development of SP Land Company of Killington. The 303 acres in the heart of the Resort were master planned by world-renowned architects/planners Hart Howerton of New York and San Francisco. Current planning of the immediate village area calls for nearly 200 residential units in three-to-five story buildings over underground parking, 30,000 square feet of new retail space, a new skier service lodge and a new Village Green and Ski Plaza. The first offering will also allow for single family and duplex homesites with ski-in, ski-out access.
At completion, it is expected Six Peaks will have more than 1,900 residences (condominium, townhome and single family), and a vibrant main street lined with shops, restaurants, pubs, hotels and pedestrian area.
